RELATING TO BREAST CANCER SCREENING.

Increases the categories of women required to be covered for mammogram screenings. Requires the existing health insurance mandate for coverage of low-dose mammography to include digital mammography and digital breast tomosynthesis. Defines "digital breast tomosynthesis". Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)

RELATING TO EMPLOYER-UNION HEALTH BENEFITS TRUST FUND CONTRIBUTIONS.

Sets the amount of the employer contribution to the Hawaiʻi employer-union health benefits trust fund as a fixed percentage of the health benefits plan or life insurance plan premium cost. Makes conforming amendments to remove the amount of contributions by the State and counties to the Hawaiʻi employerunion health benefits trust fund from the scope of collective bargaining negotiations. RELATING TO EDUCATION.

RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES.

Requires DLNR to develop and publish a website and mobile application that includes the application processes, including a means of collecting any fees, for a permit, license, or reservation needed to conduct recreational and commercial activities in the State. Requires DLNR to make available existing application processes in a digital format to be used on the website and mobile application. Appropriates funds for the establishment of the website and mobile application. (CD1)

RELATING TO EARLY LEARNING.

Expands the types of entities from which a Preschool Open Doors service provider may obtain accreditation. Beginning 1/1/2024, expands the Preschool Open Doors Program application process to eligible 3year-old children. (CD1)
