RELATING TO RENEWAL OF DRIVER'S LICENSES.

RELATING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT.

Prohibits with certain exceptions, the use of facial coverings and requires visible identification by law enforcement officers and their vehicles in the performance of their duties.
