RELATING TO HEALTH.

Prohibits the sale of flavored tobacco products and the mislabeling of e-liquids as nicotine free. Authorizes the department of health to appoint, commission, or contract for services of inspectors. RELATING TO RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR PROFESSIONAL SURVEYORS.

Authorizes professional land surveyors and their assistants to enter private property to perform land surveying, subject to certain provisions. Shields land surveyors and their assistants from prosecution under criminal trespass laws when performing their duties. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD2)

RELATING TO WORKERS' COMPENSATION.

Authorizes wages of other employees in comparable employment to be considered when computing the average weekly wages of an injured public board member, reserve police officer, police chaplain, reserve public safety law enforcement officer, sheriffs' chaplain, volunteer firefighter, volunteer boating enforcement officer, or volunteer conservation and resources enforcement officer. Clarifies computation of average weekly wages of an injured volunteer firefighter for workers' compensation benefits purposes. Effective 6/30/3000.

RELATING TO THE BOARD OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES.

Allows no more than two members of the board of land and natural resources, one of which may be the chairperson, to determine items that shall be placed on a meeting agenda and any discussion between the two members shall be a permitted interaction under the sunshine law. RELATED TO SUMMARY POSSESSION.

Requires that a current GET license number for any rental income be filed with the complaint to the court for summary possession proceedings. RELATING TO HEALTH DATA SHARING.

Establishes the Hawaii health data exchange framework. Establishes a working group to assist the department of health on legislation developing and implementing the framework.
