RELATING TO MEDICAL CARE FOR MINORS.

Permits minors to consent to medical care and services related to the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of HIV. Specifies that a minor, under certain circumstances, shall not be liable for payment associated with the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of HIV. Authorizes physician assistants, in addition to physicians and advanced practice registered nurses, to render such medical care and services to minors. Effective 7/1/2060. (HD1)

RELATING TO THE EARLY CHILDHOOD REGISTRY.

RELATING TO DATA COLLECTION.

Requires that the sexual orientation and gender identity of persons processed for crimes be included in the systems of identification, if disclosed. Requires that sexual orientation and gender identity information collected under this measure remain confidential and be used strictly for statistical research and data analysis purposes. RELATING TO AIR POLLUTION.

Requires DOH to, consistent with federal law, adopt cost-effective and technologically feasible regulations to prohibit engine exhaust and evaporative emissions from new small off-road engines. Requires DOH to report to the legislature by December 31, 2023, with recommendations for funding for commercial rebates or similar incentive funding to support the transition to zero-emission small off-road equipment operations.
