A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 11 of Title 47 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Judges of the Probate Courts Retirement Fund of Georgia, so as to allow the Board of Commissioners of the Judges of the Probate Courts Retirement Fund of Georgia to set monthly dues; to provide for limitations on such authority; to provide for factors in such determination; to increase the fee on marriage licenses; to increase the fee on civil filings; to increase the fee on certain fines and bond forfeitures; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 11 of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to personnel of emergency medical services, so as to provide for notification to public safety answering points about the location of automated external defibrillators; to provide for rules and regulations; to provide for training; to amend Chapter 8 of Title 35 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to employment and training of peace officers, so as to provide for training of communications officers to facilitate the use of automated external defibrillators; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to provide for a short title; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 5 of Chapter 12 of Title 44 of the O.C.G.A., relating to disposition of unclaimed property, so as to provide for exceptions to when property is presumed abandoned; to provide for abandonment and liquidation of virtual currency; to authorize delay of publication of notice on the "Georgia Unclaimed Property List" under certain circumstances; to provide for methods of payment of claims; to waive the requirement of a probate court order for claims of heirs under certain circumstances; to provide for circumstances under which a claim is void; to provide for definitions; to amend Title 48 of the O.C.G.A., relating to revenue and taxation, so as to waive confidentiality of certain tax records; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 7 of Chapter 4 of Title 49 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to medical assistance generally, so as to direct the Department of Community Health to submit a waiver request to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to authorize the qualification for Medicaid reimbursement of certain home and community based services; to provide for implementation upon approval; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 15 of Title 19 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to child abuse, so as to modify the review to be performed by local child fatality review committees; to add members to such committees; to provide for required attendance for training; to clarify the scope of child deaths subject to review; to modify deadlines and requirements for reports relating to child deaths; to modify the procedures of the coroner or medical examiner and the review committee in identifying child deaths that meet the statutory criteria for review by the review committee; to make conforming changes; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, so as to rename the Georgia Development Authority as the Georgia Agricultural Development Authority; to make conforming changes; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 11 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to public school property and facilities, so as to provide for an outdoor learning spaces pilot program; to provide for a pilot program evaluation and report; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
