A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 2 of Article 15 of Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, the "Fair Business Practices Act of 1975," so as to provide for regulation of referral agencies for assisted living communities and personal care homes; to provide for disclosures to prospective residents and acknowledgments of receipt; to provide for charging and collection of fees; to require verification of licensing of assisted living communities and personal care homes by referral agencies; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 27-2-23 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to license, permit, tag, and stamp fees, so as to provide for fees for reef and migratory fish endorsements; to amend Code Section 12-2-2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to Environmental Protection Division, appeal procedures generally, permit applications, and inspections, Code Section 27-1-39 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to rules and regulations used to establish criminal violations, and Code Section 52-7-26 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to penalty, respectively, so as to revise effective dates; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 6 of Chapter 7 of Title 47 of the O.C.G.A., relating to retirement, retirement allowances, disability benefits, and death benefits relative to the Georgia Firefighter's Pension Fund, so as to provide for certain members to retire at age 50; to amend Article 7 of Chapter 20 of Title 47 of the O.C.G.A., the "Public Retirement Systems Investment Authority Law," so as to provide for an exception for the Georgia Firefighters' Pension Fund to invest in assets rated below investment grade; to provide for related matters; to provide conditions for an effective date and automatic repeal; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 7 of Chapter 3 of Title 47 of the O.C.G.A., relating to retirement allowances, disability benefits, and spouses' benefits, so as to extend the program to permit public school systems to employ certain beneficiaries of the Teachers Retirement System of Georgia as classroom teachers in a full-time capacity to June 30, 2034; to reduce the number of years worked by a beneficiary to 25 before being eligible to be hired under this Code section; to provide for related matters; to provide conditions for an effective date and automatic repeal; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 23 of Title 47 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Georgia Judicial Retirement System, so as to provide for membership in the system for individuals employed as the director of the Prosecuting Attorneys Qualifications Commission; to provide for an election for such current employees; to provide for transfer of funds; to provide for payment of actuarial costs; to provide for transfer of membership service; to provide for earnable monthly compensation for purposes of contributions and benefit amounts; to provide for applicability; to provide for related matters; to provide conditions for an effective date and automatic repeal; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 10 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to commerce and trade, so as to enact the "Georgia Consumer Privacy Protection Act"; to protect the privacy of consumer personal data in this state; to provide for definitions; to provide for applicability; to provide for exemptions; to provide for responsibilities of processors and controllers; to provide for notice and disclosure; to provide for security practices to protect consumer personal data; to allow a controller to offer different goods or services under certain conditions; to provide for limitations; to provide for statutory construction; to provide for preemption of local regulation; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 31 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, the "Charter Schools Act of 1998," so as to provide for completion charter schools; to provide for rules, regulations, policies, and procedures; to provide for the conversion of existing charter schools to completion charter schools; to provide for measurable objective performance standards; to provide for separate principles and standards for completion charter schools; to provide for a definition; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 40-2-85.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to license plates for certain veterans, so as to increase the number of free license plates issued to certain veterans; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the O.C.G.A., relating to elections and primaries generally, so as to establish the Election Equipment Specifications and Standards Committee to establish the specifications, standards, and requirements for a new uniform system of election equipment; to provide for reporting; to provide for the extent to which the Secretary of State is authorized to provide for the selection, certification, or procurement of the new uniform system of election equipment; to declare certain actions void and ultra vires; to amend an Act relating to elections and primaries approved May 6, 2024 (Ga. L. 2024, p. 1028), SB 189, so as to revise an effective date; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Georgia so as to clarify that only citizens of the United States shall have a right to vote in elections in this state; to provide for related matters; to provide for the submission of this amendment for ratification or rejection; and for other purposes.
