A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act creating the State Court of DeKalb County, formerly known as the Civil and Criminal Court of DeKalb County, approved February 14, 1951 (Ga. L. 1951, p. 2401), as amended, particularly by an Act approved March 13, 1957 (Ga. L. 1957, p. 3322), an Act approved February 18, 1960 (Ga. L. 1960, p. 2166), an Act approved March 3, 2015 (Ga. L. 2015, p. 3501), and an Act approved April 28, 2016 (Ga. L. 2016, p. 3950); to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 4 of Chapter 4 of Title 17 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to arrest by private persons, so as to repeal the article in its entirety; to amend Titles 17, 35, and 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to criminal procedure, law enforcement officers and agencies, and professions and businesses, respectively, so as to make conforming changes; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 11 of Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding preparation for and conduct of primaries and elections, so as to provide that the election superintendent of a county may permit any elector of the county to vote in any precinct of the county which such elector chooses in a primary, election, or runoff under certain conditions; to provide for certain notices; to authorize the promulgation of rules and regulations; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
