A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 27 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to bona fide coin operated amusement machines, so as to change the number of bona fide coin operated amusement machines that may be prohibited in local ordinance; to increase the percentage of net receipts of bona fide coin operated amusement machine proceeds to be paid to the Georgia Lottery Corporation; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
