A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 27 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to bona fide coin operated amusement machines, so as to change the number of bona fide coin operated amusement machines that may be prohibited in local ordinance; to increase the percentage of net receipts of bona fide coin operated amusement machine proceeds to be paid to the Georgia Lottery Corporation; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 15 of the O.C.G.A., relating to courts, so as to establish the State-wide Business Court pursuant to the Constitution of this state; to amend Code Section 45-7-4 of the O.C.G.A., relating to general provisions regarding salaries and fees, so as to designate a salary for the judge of the State-wide Business Court; to amend Title 5 of the O.C.G.A., relating to appeal and error, so as to make conforming changes regarding appeals; to amend Chapter 4 of Title 9, Title 23, and Code Section 33-39-21 of the O.C.G.A., relating to declaratory judgments, equity, and equitable relief relative to insurance, respectively, so as to make conforming changes regarding equity; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A RESOLUTION creating the Senate Study Committee on Transferring Oversight of Developmental Disabilities to the Department of Community Health; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 5 of Title 28 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to fiscal bills generally, so as to provide for independent economic analyses to be procured by the Office of Planning and Budget for certain tax benefits upon request by the chairpersons of the House Committee on Ways and Means and the Senate Finance Committee; to provide a short title; to provide for limits; to provide for summaries to be attached to related fiscal notes; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A RESOLUTION recognizing and commending the members of the Savannah St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee, General Chairman Lawrence E. Edgerly, and Grand Marshal of the 2020 St. Patrick's Day Parade Michael Roush Sr., on the upcoming occasion of the 2020 St. Patrick's Day Parade in Savannah, Georgia; and for other purposes.
