A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 14 of Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the O.C.G.A., relating to other educational programs under the "Quality Basic Education Act," so as to authorize the State Board of Education to establish a program to assist public schools, local school systems, and students in home study programs use interactive online learning modules for instruction of students in grades six through 12 in United States history based on content standards approved by the State Board of Education; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 10 of Title 49 of the O.C.G.A., relating to the Georgia Board of Health Care Workforce, so as to provide for the establishment of the Georgia Health Care Professionals Data System; to provide for definitions; to provide for collaboration with state licensing boards; to provide for a publicly accessible website; to provide for collection of data from state licensing boards; to provide for specified data; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A RESOLUTION encouraging any organization that administers or conducts high-risk athletic activities for children 14 and under on property owned, leased, managed, or maintained by the state of Georgia to make accessible to athletic directors and coaches a training program covering important safety information for prevention and treatment of injuries to our young athletes; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to dangerous instrumentalities and practices, so as to provide for an exception to the definition of firearm in relation to possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain crimes and Brady Law regulations; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
