A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 2 of Chapter 8 of Title 12 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to solid waste management, so as to provide for safe disposal of coal ash in municipal solid waste and commercial industrial solid waste landfills; to provide for definitions; to provide requirements for siting new or expanded landfills receiving coal combustion residuals; to provide for such landfills permitted prior to July 1, 2018; to provide for ground-water monitoring; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 40-2-86 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to special license plates promoting and supporting certain beneficial projects, causes, agencies, funds, or nonprofit corporations, so as to establish a specialty license plate for members of the Georgia Tennis Foundation; to provide for related matters; to provide for compliance with constitutional requirements; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 13 of Chapter 2 of Title 26 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to food service establishments, so as to provide that the facilitator of pop-up restaurant services may obtain a permit for certain locations for the operation of pop-up restaurants; to define certain terms; to provide that a participating restaurant shall not be required to obtain a separate license to provide such services at such locations; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A RESOLUTION expressing support for the nation's principals by designating the month of October as National Principals Month; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 47 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to retirement and pensions, so as to provide for the assignment of benefits to pay for funeral services of a deceased individual who was a member of the Employees' Retirement System of Georgia, Teachers Retirement System of Georgia, or Public School Employees Retirement System; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
