L. 1986, p. 5315), so as to remove exceptions from inclusion of a special district for transit services; to provide for a feasibility study prior to the inclusion of new areas of the county within such special district; to provide for the creation of a special district for transit services by the board; to provide that areas not receiving transit services shall be excluded from the special district; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
