Agreement Among the States to Elect the President by National Popular Vote; enact

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to elections, so as to enact the Agreement Among the States to Elect the President by National Popular Vote; to allow states to join together to establish an interstate compact to elect the president by national popular vote; to provide for the implementation of such compact; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

Dental and Dental Hygienists; provide for the profession of dental hygiene therapy; licensure

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 11 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to dentists, dental hygienists, and dental assistants, so as to provide for the profession of dental hygiene therapy; to change the "Georgia Volunteers in Dentistry and Dental Hygiene Act" to include the issuance of special licenses to dental hygiene therapists; to change certain provisions relating to applicability; to provide that a dental assistant may assist a licensed dental hygiene therapist; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
