A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 33-6-5 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to other unfair methods of competition and unfair and deceptive acts or practices in the business of insurance, so as to prohibit an insurer from eliminating or reducing coverages, conditions, or definitions in policies without attaching a printed notice setting forth what coverages, conditions, or definitions are to be eliminated or reduced; to require an insurer to retain documentation of such printed notice for a period of five years after the date of such printed notice; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 4 of Chapter 2 of Title 26 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to advertisement and sale of meat generally, so as to provide payment requirements for the purchase and sale of livestock; to provide for alternative payment requirements as agreed upon by parties to the purchase and sale of livestock; to provide for the enforcement and penalty for failure to pay for livestock as required; to amend Chapter 10 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Georgia Development Authority, so as to authorize the Georgia Development Authority to guarantee or insure loans and provide grants to certain meat and poultry processing plants; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 8 of Chapter 2 of Title 35 of the O.C.G.A., relating to the Office of Public Safety Support; to amend Chapter 1 of Title 43 of the O.C.G.A., relating to general provisions for professions and businesses;to provide an exception; to amend Article 1 of Chapter 5 of Title 50 of the O.C.G.A., relating to general provisions for the Department of Administrate Services; to amend Code Section 50-25-5.1 of the O.C.G.A., relating to chief information officer, appointment and removal, compensation, and powers and duties, so as to require state websites to be accessible in languages other than English; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 50-1-7 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to General Assembly findings and state authorization to administer programs, so as to require government entities entering into contracts with charitable, private, or religious organizations in the course of participating in federal programs to provide written justifications for the selection process; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding state government, so as to create the Transparency and Fairness in Automated Decision-Making Commission; to provide for the composition and operation of same; to provide for a survey and recommendations; to provide for public notice and input; to provide for reporting; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Constitution so as to require the General Assembly to provide an annual analysis of all taxes, fees, and assessments authorized by revenue measures enacted into law; to provide for related matters; to provide for the submission of this amendment for ratification or rejection; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 8 of Chapter 2 of Title 14 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to board of directors of business corporations, so as to change certain provisions relating to the number of directors and how they are elected; to provide that articles of incorporation or bylaws provide for a certain number of directors to be determined by the employees of corporation; provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 7 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to income taxes, so as to provide for opportunity zone tax credits for certain employers offering workforce development training, childcare services, or transportation services for certain employees; to require the Department of Revenue to provide free assistance with and filing of state income tax returns for taxpayers with incomes under a certain level; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
