A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 10 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to barbers and cosmetologists, so as to change certain continuing education requirements; to provide for one hour of domestic violence and sexual assault awareness training; to provide for certain training and resource information to be made available to applicants for certificates of registration; to authorize the board to promulgate certain rules and regulations; to provide a short title; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

L. 1956, p. 3237), as amended, particularly by an Act approved April 9, 1981 (Ga. L. 1981, p. 4304), so as to provide for the regulation of land use; to provide for the completion of an audit by an outside auditor; to provide for purchases without sealed bid through an existing contract or schedule with a county, municipality, the State of Georgia or the federal government; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to authorize Rockdale County to exercise all redevelopment and other powers under Article IX, Section II, Paragraph VII(b) of the Constitution and Chapter 44 of Title 36 of the O.C.G.A., the "Redevelopment Powers Law," as amended; to provide for a referendum; to provide for effective dates; to provide for automatic repeal under certain circumstances; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
