A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 40-5-36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to veterans' licenses, honorary licenses, and other distinctive licenses, so as to remove a requirement that a veteran serve during wartime or a conflict in order to be eligible for a free veterans' driver's license; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 40-2-86.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to special license plates promoting certain beneficial projects and supporting certain worthy agencies, funds, or nonprofit corporations and special license plates for qualified motor vehicles or drivers with proceeds deposited in the general fund, so as to waive any fees associated with a special license plate issued for alternative fueled vehicles upon submission of proof of payment of the registration fee required for such vehicles; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 40-2-151 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the annual license fees for operation of vehicles, so as to exclude certain vehicles from payment of the fee charged to alternative fueled vehicles; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
