Johnny Tolbert III Heat Stroke Youth Protection Act; enact

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 80 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions applicable to counties, municipal corporations, and other governmental entities, so as to enact the "Johnny Tolbert III Heat Stroke Youth Protection Act"; to require local governments or authorities operating parks and recreation facilities used by youth athletic organizations to ensure such parks and facilities are equipped with certain vessels for heat related injuries; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
