A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 10 of Title 25 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to regulation of fireworks, so as to establish permanent consumer fireworks sales facilities; to establish temporary consumer fireworks sales facilities; to increase the number of temporary consumer retail fireworks sales facilities a distributor may operate; to provide for definitions; to revise penalties for violations of such chapter; to amend Chapter 60 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions applicable to counties and municipal corporations, so as to make conforming changes; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 40 of the O.C.G.A., relating to motor vehicles and traffic, so as to increase penalties for certain offenses relative to license plates, revalidation decals, temporary operating permits, certificates of registration, certificates of title, and alteration of odometers; to authorize certain penalties by the Department of Revenue for violations of provisions required of licensed used motor vehicle dealers; to amend Chapter 47 of Title 43 of the O.C.G.A., relating to used motor vehicles and used motor vehicle parts dealers, so as to revise powers and membership of the board; to provide for and revise definitions; to provide for conforming changes; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to local government, so as to prohibit elected officials of a county, municipal corporation, or any county-municipal consolidated government from entering into nondisclosure agreements with private entities relating to economic development; to provide for governing authorities to require the completion of an independent impact analysis before an official vote or action can be taken; to provide for requirements of such independent impact analysis; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 3-5-24.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to exception to three-tier system, transfer of liquids, sales at brewer's licensed premises, taxing, regulatory authority, and conditions or limitations, so as to provide for satellite tasting rooms operated by brewers; to provide for limitations; to provide for an exception to a transfer limitation; to provide for rules and regulations; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to provide for effective dates; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to crimes and offenses, so as to revise various laws pertaining to firearms and the carrying and possession of firearms and other weapons; to revise the database prohibition; to provide for relief; to provide for a preemption for the discharge of firearms under certain circumstances; to amend Title 17 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to criminal procedure, so as to revise requirements for the disposition of firearms in custody of law enforcement agencies; to provide for causes of action; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 27 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to loitering at or disrupting schools, so as to require the local board of education or other governing body of each public and private elementary and secondary school in this state to install key boxes at each school building in locations determined in collaboration with local law enforcement and emergency management agencies; to provide for the purpose, content, and minimum standards of such key boxes; to provide for policies and procedures; to provide for immunity from civil liability; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Titles 36 and 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to local government and state government, respectively, so as to acknowledge that certain international organizations have no jurisdiction in this state; to prohibit the implementation or enforcement of any rule, regulation, fee, tax, policy, or mandate of certain international organizations; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Constitution so as to provide that the governing authority of any county or consolidated government shall be authorized to adopt an alternative method of appraisal and assessment of real property located within such county for taxation; to provide for conditions and limitations; to provide for legislative findings; to provide for related matters; to provide for the submission of this amendment for ratification or rejection; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 5 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to state purchasing, so as to provide for a small business set-aside program administered by the Department of Administrative Services under which state agencies would be required to make reasonable efforts to dedicate 20 percent of their annual procurement contracts to projects and contracts involving small businesses; to provide for certification of small businesses; to provide for a small business directory; to provide for an annual reporting requirement; to provide for rules and regulations; to provide for definitions; to provide for a short title; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
