A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 7 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the imposition, rate, computation, exemptions, and credits for state income tax, so as to increase the amount of tax credits available for the rehabilitation of certified structures; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 2A of Article 13 of Chapter 6 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to electric personal assistive mobility devices and personal delivery devices, so as to revise operation procedures and restrictions for personal delivery devices; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to provide a homestead exemption from City of Suwanee ad valorem taxes for municipal purposes for residents of that city; to provide for definitions; to specify the terms and conditions of the exemption and the procedures relating thereto; to provide for applicability; to provide for compliance with constitutional requirements; to provide for a referendum, effective dates, automatic repeal, mandatory execution of election, and judicial remedies regarding failure to comply; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 7 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to income tax imposition, rate, computation, exemptions, and credits, so as to increase the annual aggregate limit for tax credits available for certain contributions to student scholarship organizations; to increase the time allowed after being preapproved to make the contributions; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 3 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to local boards of education, so as to provide for the awarding of high school diplomas to high school students who are at the end of life; to provide for waivers; to provide for posthumous awarding of such diplomas; to provide for policies, rules, and regulations; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 14 of Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to other educational programs under the "Quality Basic Education Act," so as to require certain schools that offer after-school programs to make such programs available to pre-kindergarten students on the same basis as the school's other students; to provide for limited waivers of such requirement; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to elementary and secondary education, so as to require local school systems and public schools to enact policies and procedures for use of personal electronic devices at school and school sponsored events by students in grades nine through twelve; to revise provisions relative to permissible student use of personal electronic devices; to revise a definition; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 2 Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to elementary and secondary education, so as to enact the "Math Matters Act"; to require the State Board of Education to adopt content standards for middle and high school advanced math courses; to require local education agencies to establish advance math courses in middle school and high school; to require the Professional Standards Commission to ensure students completing teacher certification programs have the knowledge and skills to teach math including the four strands of mathematical proficiency; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 10 of Article 17 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to professional standards, so as to require the Professional Standards Commission to develop and report annual performance measures that evaluate the performance of each educator preparation provider (EPP) in the state; to provide for minimum contents of EPP performance measures; to provide for definitions; to provide for a short title; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 7 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to banking and finance, so as to provide for the creation of first-time homebuyer savings accounts; to provide for contributions by account holders to accounts; to provide for transfer of beneficiaries; to provide for annual reporting; to provide for certain exemptions from certain requirements for financial institutions; to provide for tax deductions; to provide for tax deduction limits; to provide for unqualified withdrawal penalties and exceptions; to permit the Department of Revenue to impose penalties for fraudulent activity; to require the Department of Revenue to create certain forms; to provide for a short title; to provide for purpose; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
