Georgia Evictions Records Restriction Act; enact

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 44-7-50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to demand for possession, procedure upon a tenant's refusal, and concurrent issuance of federal lease termination notice, so as to enact the "Georgia Evictions Records Restriction Act"; to provide for a short title; to provide that certain records of dispossessory actions be sealed from the public; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
