A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend various provisions of the O.C.G.A., so as to rename low THC oil as medical cannabis; to amend Chapter 12 of Title 16, Article 2 of Chapter 13 of Title 16, and Article 1 of Chapter 2A of Title 31 of the O.C.G.A., relating to offenses against the public health and morals, regulation of controlled substances, and general provisions relative to the Department of Public Health, respectively, so as to clarify and revise criminal penalties; to clarify and revise exemptions to criminal penalties; to provide a short title; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 28 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to occupational therapists, so as to authorize occupational therapists to perform dry needling as a physical agent modality if certain training and education requirements are met; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 2 of Title 39 of the O.C.G.A., relating to regulation of employment of minors, so as to require the establishment of blocked trust accounts for minors rendering artistic or creative services in this state; to provide for the Commissioner of Labor to investigate and determine conditions of employment of child performers prior to the commencement of such employment; to provide for requirements related to such accounts for minors engaged in online content creation; to provide for civil actions and damages; to require the conditions of employment for a child performer to not be detrimental to such minor's health, well-being, and education; to provide for scheduling restrictions and for discretionary exceptions; to provide for related matters; to provide for a short title; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 10 of Title 10 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Seed-Capital Fund, so as to create a subfund to provide startup capital to certain small businesses that are majority owned by students or graduates of a small business program of study of TCSG; to provide for terms and conditions; to provide for conforming changes; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 7 of Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to kinds of insurance, limits of risks, and reinsurance, so as to provide for an insurer under a liability insurance policy to pay a third party and the senior lienholder under certain circumstances; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 24-9-923 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to admissibility of photographs, motion pictures, video recordings, and audio recordings when witness unavailable, so as to provide that creative and artistic expression evidence is inadmissible at trial; to provide for a definition; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 3 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to alcoholic beverages, so as to revise provisions relating to retail dealers of alcoholic beverages; to authorize the issuance or holding of a beneficial interest in additional retail dealer licenses; to require that the new location of a licensee of such additional retail dealer license be located in the same county as the location previously occupied; to increase the number of tasting events a retail package liquor store may conduct; to provide an effective date; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 17 of Title 45 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to notaries public, so as to provide for limitations regarding certain notarial acts; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 3 of Article 7 of Chapter 3 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Georgia Student Finance Authority, so as to provide a short title; to provide for the establishment and administration of the Pay As You Earn Education Program; to provide for the calculation and repayment of such loans; to provide for eligibility and disqualifications; to amend Code Section 48-7-27 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to computation of taxable net income, so as to provide for a deduction; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 2 of Article 15 of Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the "Fair Business Practices Act of 1975," so as to prohibit motor vehicle rental companies from refusing to rent or lease motor vehicles to individuals over the age of 25 based solely on the age of such individuals; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
