Special license plates; fees associated with a special license plate for alternative fueled vehicles; waive

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 40-2-86.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to special license plates promoting certain beneficial projects and supporting certain worthy agencies, funds, or nonprofit corporations and special license plates for qualified motor vehicles or drivers with proceeds deposited in the general fund, so as to waive any fees associated with a special license plate issued for alternative fueled vehicles upon submission of proof of payment of the registration fee required for such vehicles; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
