A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Titles 8, 10, 36, 43, and 46 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to buildings and housing, commerce and trade, local government, professions and businesses, and public utilities and public transportation, respectively, so as to change certain provisions relating to certain professions practicing in this state; to change certain provisions relating to electrical contractors, plumbers, conditioned air contractors, low voltage contractors, and utility contractors; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 13 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding administrative procedure, so as to provide that the "Georgia Administrative Procedure Act" shall apply to all executive branch agencies; to provide for certain exceptions; to revise a definition; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A RESOLUTION urging condominium associations, property owners' associations, and any other corporations or voluntary entities formed for the purpose of exercising the powers of a homeowners' or property owners' association governing a common interest community to provide transparency to members of such associations; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 24A of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to massage therapy practice, so as to enter into an interstate compact known as the "Interstate Massage Compact"; to authorize the Georgia Board of Massage Therapy to administer the compact in this state; to provide definitions; to provide for conditions; to provide for eligibility; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
