A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 5 of Title 50 of the O.C.G.A., relating to the Department of Administrative Services, so as to transfer the state health care benefit plan from the Department of Community Health to the Department of Administrative Services; to require incentives for public employees to utilize federally qualified health centers; to provide for the identification of up to 100 potential new sites for federally qualified health centers; to provide for a task force; to provide for an advisory board; to amend Chapter 18 of Title 45 and Article 17 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the O.C.G.A., relating to employees' insurance and benefit plans and to teachers and other school personnel, respectively, so as to provide for the transfer of health care benefit plans for state employees and public school teachers and employees; to amend various other provisions of the O.C.G.A., for purposes of conformity; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
