A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 7 of Chapter 4 of Title 49 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to medical assistance generally, so as to provide Medicaid coverage for tobacco cessation treatments; to provide for requirements; to provide for submission of a state plan amendment or waiver, if necessary; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 7 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the imposition, rate, computation, exemptions, and credits for state income tax, so as to increase the amount of tax credits available for the rehabilitation of certified structures; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act to amend, consolidate, create, revise, and supersede the several Acts incorporating the City of Pembroke, approved March 28, 1985 (Ga. L. 1985, p. 4846), as amended, particularly by an Act approved May 1, 2025 (Ga. L. 2025, p. 3599), so as to revise provisions relating to the election and terms for the mayor and city council members; to provide for elections; to provide for the current terms of city officers to continue; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to provide a homestead exemption from Bryan County school district ad valorem taxes for educational purposes in an amount equal to the amount by which the current year assessed value of a homestead exceeds the base year assessed value of such homestead; to provide for definitions; to specify the terms and conditions of the exemption and the procedures relating thereto; to provide for applicability; to provide a short title; to provide for compliance with constitutional requirements; to provide for a referendum, effective dates, automatic repeal, mandatory execution of election, and judicial remedies regarding failure to comply; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 48-8-3 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to exemptions relative to state sales and use taxes, so as to provide for a sales and use tax exemption for purchases of tangible property and construction materials used for or in the construction and furnishing of certain buildings; to provide for limitations on the amount of credits to be issued; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act providing a homestead exemption from Chatham County school district ad valorem taxes for educational purposes in an amount equal to the amount by which the current year assessed value of a homestead exceeds the base year assessed value of such homestead, approved May 9, 2025 (Ga. L. 2025, p. 3649), so as to provide that any homeowner receiving the homestead exemption provided for in Ga. L. 1999, p. 4215, as amended, shall automatically receive the exemption provided for in this Act; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to repeal an Act creating the Garden City Area Convention and Visitors Bureau Authority, approved May 17, 2004 (Ga. L. 2004, p. 3983); to provide for the assets and liabilities thereof; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act providing for a base year assessed value homestead exemption from Chatham County and City of Savannah School District ad valorem taxes for educational purposes, approved April 12, 1999 (Ga. L. 1999, p. 4215), as amended, so as to prevent any increases in the adjusted base year assessed value of properties above the value set in tax year 2025; to provide for compliance with constitutional requirements; to provide for a referendum, effective dates, automatic repeal, mandatory execution of election, and judicial remedies regarding failure to comply; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL To be entitled an Act to amend Part 1 of Article 2 of Chapter 5 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to tax exemptions, so as to provide for a state-wide homestead exemption from ad valorem taxes for certain senior citizens who volunteer with local governments in an amount to be determined by such local governments; to provide for definitions; to specify the terms and conditions of the exemption and the procedures relating thereto; to provide for applicability; to provide for approval and identification of additional terms and conditions by local governing authorities; to provide for related matters; to provide for compliance with constitutional requirements; to provide for a referendum, effective dates, and automatic repeal; to provide for contingent repeal; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 16-13-25 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to Schedule I controlled substances, so as to revise a provision relating to psilocybin; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
