Quality Basic Education Act; local boards of education cannot participate in an athletic association; provisions

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 14 of Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to other educational programs under the "Quality Basic Education Act," so as to provide that local boards of education cannot participate in an athletic association which does not provide for instant replays to review rulings on the field for high school football playoff and championship games; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
