Domestic Violence Helping Hands Act; enact

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 10 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to barbers and cosmetologists, so as to change certain continuing education requirements; to provide for one hour of domestic violence and sexual assault awareness training; to provide for certain training and resource information to be made available to applicants for certificates of registration; to authorize the board to promulgate certain rules and regulations; to provide a short title; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
