A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 15-11-64 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to collection of information by juvenile court clerks, reporting requirement, and data collection, so as to require that juvenile court clerks collect and submit data regarding monetary sanctions assessed for juvenile offenders to the Administrative Office of the Courts; to provide for reporting requirements; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 19-9-3 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to establishment and review of child custody and visitation, so as to provide for a presumption of joint physical custody in divorce proceedings; to provide for exceptions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 27 of Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to group life insurance, so as to authorize tax-exempt organizations to be beneficiaries of employee group life insurance policies; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 7 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to income tax imposition, rate, computation, exemptions, and credits, so as to increase the annual aggregate limit for tax credits available for qualified education donations; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 3A of Title 46 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to integrated resource planning, so as to require grid modernization assessments to be filed with integrated resources plans; to require justification for new transmission construction instead of utilizing certain new technologies; to provide for the recovery of costs; to provide for the recovery of certain savings related to new technologies; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 14 of Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to other educational programs under the "Quality Basic Education Act," so as to provide for the Georgia Public School Excellence and Stability (GPSES) grant program; to provide for eligibility; to provide for requirements; to clarify student residency qualification for promise scholarship accounts; to provide for a short title; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
