L. 1988, p. 3824), as amended, so as to increase the exemptions from school district taxes for residents who are age 62 or older and to provide for a new exemption regardless of income for residents who are age 70 or older; to provide for related matters; to provide for compliance with constitutional requirements; to provide for a referendum, contingent effective dates, and automatic repeal; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
