A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 31 of Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to incorporation of municipalities, so as to provide that no local Act granting a municipal charter shall be enacted wherein any part of the proposed corporate boundary is less than a distance of three miles from the corporate boundary of any existing municipal corporation in this state; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
