This resolution formally recognizes the City of East Point, Georgia, and commends its mayor and city council members for their service. It has no policy provisions or funding impacts - it serves solely as a ceremonial acknowledgment of East Point's local government structure and leadership. The resolution was adopted by the Georgia House of Representatives on February 25, 2026.
