Added a specific deadline requiring the State Board of Education to develop the advanced mathematics pathway by January 1, 2027.

Clarified that automatic enrollment in the advanced mathematics pathway applies specifically to students in grades six through eight.

Added a new provision allowing parents to enroll students who do not qualify for automatic enrollment if they scored above the 50th percentile on the end-of-grade mathematics assessment.

Added requirement for local school systems to offer additional supports and services to teachers who provide instruction in the advanced mathematics pathway.

Changed the reporting responsibility from local school systems to the Department of Education and expanded reporting requirements to include disaggregated data by ethnicity, sex, socioeconomic status, disability, language proficiency, grade level, and school.
