Towing and Storage; Requiring certain counties and authorizing certain municipalities to establish maximum rates for cleanup and disposal of hazardous and nonhazardous materials under certain circumstances; prohibiting the division from excluding certain wrecker operators from the wrecker operator system or failing to designate certain wrecker operators as authorized wrecker operators; authorizing towing-storage operators to charge certain fees, etc.

Peer Support for First Responders; Revising the definition of the term “first responder” to include correctional officers and correctional probation officers for the provision of peer support, etc.

Career and Technical Education; Revising the duties of the Office of Reimagining Education and Career Help; requiring counties and municipalities to recognize certain persons as journeymen for specified occupations if such persons meet specified criteria; providing an alternative to career fairs through other career and industry networking opportunities; revising conditions under which a student may use certain credits to satisfy specific high school graduation requirements, etc.

Public Records/State Banks and State Trust Companies; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for certain information received by the Office of Financial Regulation relating to an application for authority to organize a new state bank or new state trust company; providing an exemption from public records requirements for certain information received by the office relating to an application for authority to organize a new state bank or new state trust company until specified conditions are met; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemptions; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.

Interstate Safety; Defining the term “furthermost left- hand lane”; prohibiting a driver from operating a motor vehicle in the furthermost left-hand lane of certain roadways, except under certain circumstances, etc.

Hot Car Death Prevention; Citing this act as "Ariya’s Act"; designating the month of April as “Hot Car Death Prevention Month”; providing that certain agencies and local governments are encouraged to sponsor events for a specified purpose, etc.

Surrendered Infants; Changing the term “newborn infant” to “infant”; increasing the age at which a child is considered an infant; authorizing a parent to leave an infant with medical staff or a licensed health care professional at a hospital after the delivery of the infant, upon the parent giving a certain notification; authorizing a parent to surrender an infant by calling 911 to request that an emergency medical services provider meet the surrendering parent at a specified location, etc.

Timeshare Properties; Revising that a commissioner of deeds is appointed by the Secretary of State, rather than by the Governor, for a certain acknowledgement or proof taken, administered, or made outside this state but within the United States or within a foreign country; providing that the board of any timeshare condominium has certain powers regarding the accommodations or facilities of a timeshare plan without the approval of the members of the owners’ association, under certain circumstances; providing that the managing entity of any timeshare project has all the rights and remedies of an operator of any public lodging establishment or public food service establishment for certain purposes, etc.

Scoliosis Awareness Month; Recognizing June 2024, and each June thereafter, as “Scoliosis Awareness Month” in Florida, etc.

Gator Day; Recognizing the accomplishments of the University of Florida and designating February 14, 2024, as “Gator Day” at the Capitol, etc.
