Bingo; Requiring applicants for an operating license to include dates the applicant intends to conduct bingo games or instant bingo; specifying that it is not a crime for a person to participate in bingo games or instant bingo under certain circumstances; authorizing bingo operators to charge fees for players participating in bingo games; authorizing a bingo operator to refuse entry to certain persons or refuse to allow certain persons to play bingo under certain circumstances; specifying that certain activities relating to bingo games and instant bingo are not subject to certain gambling-related prohibitions, etc.

Fantasy Sports Contest Amusement Act; Creating the "Fantasy Sports Contest Amusement Act"; providing for the enforcement and administration of the Fantasy Sports Contest Amusement Act; requiring the Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering to revoke a contest operator’s license under certain circumstances; providing that specified persons or entities are not eligible for licensure under certain circumstances; requiring a contest operator to implement specified consumer protection procedures under certain circumstances; requiring a contest operator to use data sources that meet specified requirements, etc.

Tobacco and Nicotine Products; Revising age limitations relating to mail order, Internet, and remote sales of tobacco products; providing that it is unlawful for persons under 21 years of age to smoke tobacco or vape in, on, or within 1,000 feet of the real property comprising a public or private elementary, middle, or secondary school during specified hours; preempting the establishment of the minimum age for purchasing and possessing, and the regulation for the marketing, sale, or delivery of, tobacco products to the state; requiring proof of age for certain purchases of tobacco products; requiring retail nicotine product dealers to acquire a permit, etc.

Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States; Expressing the consensus of the Florida Legislature that proposals forthcoming at the federal level to restrict the right to keep and bear arms violate the Constitution of the United States and affirming the intent of the Florida Legislature to do everything in its power to protect the rights of Florida residents under the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States and under the Florida Constitution, etc.

Solar Electrical Generating Facilities; Providing that solar facilities are a permitted use in local government comprehensive plan agricultural land use categories and certain agricultural zoning districts; requiring solar facilities to comply with specified criteria; authorizing counties to adopt certain ordinances, etc.

County Court Judges; Increasing the number of county court judges authorized for St. Johns County, etc.

Purple Heart Recipient Parking Spaces; Authorizing counties and municipalities to provide by ordinance that the clerk of the court or the traffic violations bureau supply information in a specified format regarding certain violations to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; prohibiting a person from stopping, standing, or parking a vehicle within, or obstructing, any Purple Heart recipient parking space unless certain conditions are met; providing that the cost of removal and parking constitutes a lien against such vehicles under specified conditions; providing a penalty, etc.

Rental of Homestead Property; Revising criteria under which rental of homestead property is allowed for tax exemption purposes and not considered abandoned, etc.

Tax Exemptions for Disabled Veterans; Providing that a certain exemption from tangible personal property applies to mobile homes owned and operated by certain veterans; providing an exemption from license taxes for mobile homes owned and operated by certain veterans, etc.

Airports; Revising the types of airports to which funds for master planning and eligible aviation development projects are limited, etc.
