Relief of Julia Perez by the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office; Providing for the relief of Julia Perez by the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office; providing for an appropriation to compensate Julia Perez for personal injuries and damages sustained as a result of the negligence of an employee of the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office; providing a limitation on compensation and the payment of attorney fees, etc. CLAIM: $6,300,000

Juvenile Justice; Authorizing certain employees of Department of Juvenile Justice and contracted providers to possess and administer opioid antagonists; replacing the term “gender-specific” with “sex-specific”; providing that juvenile assessment centers are not facilities that are permitted to receive certain children; revising requirements for certain State Board of Education rules to establish policies and standards for certain education programs; deleting provisions related to requiring residential juvenile justice education programs to provide certain CAPE courses, etc.

Sexual Predators and Sexual Offenders; Revising the definitions of the terms “conviction,” “permanent residence,” “temporary residence,” and “transient residence”; specifying that, in order to qualify for removal of certain registration requirements, certain sexual offenders must meet specified criteria; authorizing sexual predators to report to the Department of Law Enforcement through the department’s online system within a specified timeframe required vehicle information changes after any change in vehicles owned, etc.

Hot Car Death Prevention; Citing this act as "Ariya’s Act"; designating the month of April as “Hot Car Death Prevention Month”; providing that certain agencies and local governments are encouraged to sponsor events for a specified purpose, etc.

State-Operated Institutions Inmate Welfare Trust Fund; Re-creating the State-Operated Institutions Inmate Welfare Trust Fund within the Department of Corrections; abrogating provisions relating to the termination of the trust fund, etc.

Support for the State of Israel; Expressing support for the State of Israel and condemning the attacks and hateful actions by the Hamas terrorist group, etc.

Secured Transactions; Providing that a description of certain accounts and entitlements by a certain type of collateral is insufficient for the purpose of security agreements, etc.

Public Records/Investigations by the Department of Legal Affairs and Law Enforcement Agencies; Providing exemptions from public records requirements for information relating to investigations by the Department of Legal Affairs and law enforcement agencies of certain data privacy violations; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemptions; providing statements of public necessity, etc.

Condominium and Cooperative Associations; Revising the circumstances under which community association managers or management firms must comply with a specified provision; revising who must have milestone inspections performed for buildings; requiring architects or engineers performing milestone inspections to submit a specified progress report to a local enforcement agency within a specified timeframe under certain circumstances; revising requirements relating to budget meetings; specifying that certain disputes are not subject to nonbinding arbitration and must be submitted to presuit mediation; revising items that developers are required to deliver to an association upon relinquishing control of the association, etc. APPROPRIATION: $1,369,121
