Homeowners’ Associations Database; Requiring the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to establish a searchable database by a specified date which contains specified information regarding each homeowners’ association in the state; requiring a homeowners’ association to notify the department of any changes to the information listed in the database, etc.
State Legal Tender and Bullion Depository; Providing that specie legal tender and electronic currency are legal tender; authorizing that specie legal tender be recognized for certain payments by governmental entities; requiring the Department of Financial Services to establish and administer a bullion depository; providing requirements for security measures and insurance coverage for depositories; providing requirements for establishing electronic currencies, etc.

Social Work Licensure Compact; Creating the Social Work Licensure Compact; specifying requirements for state participation in the compact; requiring member states to designate the categories of social work licensure which are eligible for issuance of a multistate license in such states; establishing the Social Work Licensure Compact Commission; providing for commission enforcement of the compact, etc.
Flood Damage Prevention; Citing this act as the “Flood Damage Prevention Act of 2024”; providing specified maximum voluntary freeboard requirements for new construction and substantial improvements to existing construction; prohibiting voluntary freeboard from being used in the calculation of the maximum allowable height for certain construction; requiring the Florida Building Commission to develop and adopt by rule minimum freeboard requirements by a specified date and to incorporate such requirements into the next edition of the Florida Building Code, etc.
