Insurer Disclosures on Prescription Drug Coverage; Requiring individual and group health insurers to provide notice of prescription drug formulary changes within a certain timeframe to current and prospective insureds and the insureds’ treating physicians; requiring insurers to annually submit a specified report to the Office of Insurance Regulation by a specified date; requiring specified individual health insurers and their pharmacy benefit managers to apply payments for prescription drugs by or on behalf of insureds toward the total contributions of the insureds’ cost-sharing requirements under certain circumstances; requiring specified contracts to require pharmacy benefit managers to apply payments by or on behalf of insureds toward the insureds’ total contributions to cost-sharing requirements, etc.

Affordable Housing and Supportive Services for Persons with Developmental Disabilities; Citing this act as the "Affordable Housing and Supportive Services Act for Persons with Developmental Disabilities"; providing an exemption from ad valorem taxation for certain property; providing that certain building materials are exempt from certain taxes under certain circumstances; requiring counties, municipalities, and special districts to waive certain impact fees; requiring the Department of Children and Families to establish a Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program to provide rent subsidies to certain persons up to a specified percentage of the fair market rent; requiring the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to establish Regional Housing and Employment Support Centers to provide specified services, etc. APPROPRIATION: $1,000,000

Resilience Infrastructure Loans; Creating the Resilience Infrastructure Loan Program within the Department of Commerce for a specified purpose; requiring the department to contract with the State Board of Administration for a specified purpose; providing requirements and interest rates for the loan program, etc. APPROPRIATION: Indeterminate

Autonomous Practice by a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist; Revising staff membership and clinical privileges for certain certified registered nurse anesthetists; authorizing certain certified registered nurse anesthetists to perform specified acts under certain circumstances; revising practice requirements for autonomous advanced practice registered nurses, etc.

Conversion of Hotels Into Residential Housing; Authorizing a tax credit for certain projects; providing the maximum value of such credit; authorizing the Florida Housing Finance Corporation to allocate the tax credit among certain projects; creating the Hotel-to-home Tax Credit Program for a certain purpose, etc.

Coverage by Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; Revising eligibility for coverage of residential structures in certain counties by Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; requiring the corporation to implement certain rate increases annually in such counties for single policies issued by the corporation; providing additional policies issued by the corporation which do not require policyholders to purchase flood insurance as a condition for maintaining the policies, etc.

National Council of State Boards of Nursing; Requesting the National Council of State Boards of Nursing to develop the National Council Licensure Examination for nurse licensure in Spanish, etc.

Relief of Patricia Ermini by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office; Providing for the relief of Patricia Ermini by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office; providing for an appropriation to compensate her for injuries sustained as a result of the negligence of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office; providing a limitation on the payment of attorney fees, etc. CLAIM: $626,770

Resilient Buildings; Defining the term “resilient building”; specifying that owners of resilient buildings are eligible to receive a specified tax credit; requiring building owners to file a specified application with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation by a specified date in order to claim such tax credit; creating the Florida Resilient Building Advisory Council adjunct to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, etc.

Swimming Safety; Creating the "Kareem Angel Green Autism Drowning Prevention Act"; prohibiting organizations from granting water access at public bathing places or public swimming pools to certain children without first being provided specified information; requiring organizations to provide specified personal flotation devices to certain children; authorizing public bathing places and public swimming pools to refuse water access to certain children whose parents or legal guardians have not provided specified information; creating the "Open Water Safety Act"; requiring certain counties and municipalities to create pilot programs to install drowning prevention stations at high-risk public water access areas, etc.
