Intravenous Vitamin Treatment; Citing this act as the "Stephanie Balais Act"; specifying requirements for health care providers administering intravenous vitamin treatment; requiring the Board of Nursing, the Board of Medicine, and the Board of Osteopathic Medicine to adopt rules establishing procedures to administer intravenous vitamin treatment and emergency protocols; providing for disciplinary action for violations of the act, etc.
Resilience Districts; Designating the “Resilience District Act of 2024”; declaring that this act constitutes the sole authority for resilience districts; providing that the establishment of resilience districts is through a petition by certain persons; specifying requirements for the size of resilience districts; specifying acceptable uses of resilience districts; authorizing the payment of certain fees for project management of resilience districts, etc.
