Career-themed Courses; Requiring the Department of Education to identify career-themed courses that are appropriate for middle school students; encouraging school districts to offer such courses at middle schools within the district, etc.
Victims of Criminal Offenses; Providing that private counsel retained by a sexual assault victim may be present during victim depositions; providing that results of a toxicology screening of a victim may not be used to prosecute certain offenses, etc.
Death with Dignity; Creating the "Death with Dignity Act"; providing criteria for individuals to request certain medication as qualified patients; providing requirements and waiting periods for such requests; authorizing a qualified patient to rescind a request at any time and in any manner; authorizing an attending physician to sign a qualified patient’s death certificate, etc.

Employment Protections; Authorizing parental leave for state employees in the Career Service System who have a stillborn child; prohibiting a public employer or an employment agency from engaging in certain activities relating to wages and salary; authorizing a public employer or an employment agency to confirm a prospective employee’s wage or salary history under certain conditions; prohibiting an employer from engaging in certain activities relating to wages and salary, etc.
Rights of Children; Providing for specified rights of children; prohibiting the state and certain governmental agencies from deliberately infringing on the rights of children; renaming the “Children and Youth Cabinet” as the “Commission on the Status of Children and Youth”; removing the commission from the Executive Office of the Governor, etc.
