Facility Requirements Based on Sex; Creating the “Safety in Private Spaces Act”; requiring certain entities that maintain water closets or changing facilities to meet specified requirements; authorizing persons to enter a restroom or changing facility designated for the opposite sex only under certain circumstances; providing that specified persons who enter certain restrooms or changing facilities and refuse to depart when asked to do so commit the criminal offense of trespass, etc.

Operation of a Golf Cart; Authorizing water control districts to designate certain roads for the operation of golf carts; requiring county approval to make such designation; prohibiting a person from operating a golf cart on certain roadways unless he or she possesses a valid learner’s driver license or valid driver license that is not suspended or revoked, etc.

Debt Management Services; Increasing the maximum fee that may be charged for debt management services, etc.

Florida Atlantic University Men’s Basketball Team; Recognizing and celebrating the incredible accomplishments of the Florida Atlantic University men’s basketball team and the university’s commitment to both academic and athletic excellence, creating a collegiate brand that is nationally renowned, etc.

Government and Corporate Activism; Requiring that investment decisions comply with a specified requirement related to the consideration of pecuniary factors; requiring the Department of Management Services to report certain noncompliance to the Attorney General; requiring that certain noncompliance be reported to the Attorney General, who is authorized to bring certain civil or administrative actions; prohibiting bond issuers from issuing environmental, social, and governance bonds and taking other related actions; prohibiting an awarding body from requesting certain documentation or giving preference to vendors based on their social, political, or ideological interests, etc.

Pregnancy and Parenting Support; Citing this act as the “Heartbeat Protection Act”; requiring the Department of Health to contract for the management and delivery of parenting support services, in addition to pregnancy support services; prohibiting physicians from knowingly performing or inducing a termination of pregnancy after the gestational age of the fetus is determined to be more than 6 weeks, rather than 15 weeks, with exceptions; providing an exception if the woman obtaining the abortion is doing so because she is a victim of rape, incest, or human trafficking, subject to certain conditions; requiring that medications intended for use in a medical abortion be dispensed in person by a physician, etc. APPROPRIATION: $30,000,000

Interscholastic Activities; Authorizing charter school students and Florida Virtual School full-time students to participate in extracurricular activities at a private school under certain circumstances; authorizing charter school students to participate in interscholastic extracurricular activities at a private school under certain circumstances; deleting a requirement that the appointing authority of members of the FHSAA Board of Directors make appointments that reflect the demographic and population trends of this state; providing that all appointed board members be appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate, etc.

Transportation Facility Designations; Designates 98 Points of Light Way in Miami-Dade County; directs DOT to erect suitable markers.

Protective Injunctions; Specifies timeframe in which clerk of court must transmit specified documents relating to protective injunctions to appropriate local sheriff or law enforcement agency; provides for electronic transmission of certain documents rather than by facsimile; provides that electronically submitted copies of injunctions must be served in same manner as certified copies.

Indian River County Hobart Water Treatment Plant Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System Upgrade; Provides an appropriation for the Indian River County Hobart Water Treatment Plant Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System Upgrade. APPROPRIATION: $402,725
