Florida Kratom Consumer Protection Act; Requiring that finished kratom products sold to consumers at certain establishments meet certain requirements; requiring that kratom products be manufactured only by a processor who holds a certain permit issued by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; providing requirements for finished kratom products produced in this state and subsequently shipped or transported out of this state for sale outside of this state; providing that a processor whose kratom product contains a controlled substance or other prohibited substances is in violation of the act, etc. APPROPRIATION: $3,711,749

Community Association Management; Requiring certain community associations to contract with a community association management firm or a community association manager certified by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board as a Certified Manager of Community Associations or by the Community Associations Institute as an Association Management Specialist or a Professional Community Association Manager; requiring the community association management firm or certified community association manager to possess all applicable licenses, etc.

Legal Tender; Ratifying specified rules relating to legal tender for the sole and exclusive purpose of satisfying any condition on effectiveness pursuant to chapter 2025-100, Laws of Florida, etc.

Commercial Service Airports; Preempting the naming of major commercial service airports to the state; providing names for major commercial service airports; providing that such airport names continue to be valid under certain circumstances; requiring the Department of Transportation to annually review provisions naming major commercial service airports for a certain purpose; providing that a political subdivision is in compliance with certain provisions under specified circumstances, etc.

Relief of Lourdes Latour and Edward Latour by Miami-Dade County; Providing for the relief of Lourdes Latour and Edward Latour by Miami-Dade County; providing an appropriation to compensate Mr. and Mrs. Latour for injuries sustained as a result of the negligence of Miami-Dade County; providing a limitation on compensation and the payment of attorney fees, etc. CLAIM: $500,000
