Elections; Requiring the Secretary of State to be elected rather than appointed; providing that an applicant must designate a party affiliation to be registered to vote; repealing a provision relating to the closure of registration books for an election; requiring the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to provide the opportunity to preregister to vote to certain individuals; requiring the Division of Elections to maintain a strategic elections equipment reserve of voting systems for specified purposes, etc.

Time Limitation on the Prosecution of Sexual Battery Cases; Providing that a prosecution may be commenced at any time for specified sexual battery offenses against victims who were younger than a certain age at the time the offense was committed, etc.

Exposure of Sexual Organs; Increasing criminal penalties for exposure of sexual organs for a second or subsequent offense; providing an exception to the unlawful exposure of sexual organs; authorizing warrantless arrests when a law enforcement officer has probable cause to believe that a person has violated s. 800.03, F.S., etc.

Climate Change; Expressing the Legislature’s support for the adoption of policies that will prepare Florida for the environmental and economic impact of climate change, sea-level rise, and flooding, and recognizing the important role that resiliency and infrastructure will play in fortifying this state, etc.

Motor Vehicle Insurance Coverage for Windshield Glass; Prohibiting motor vehicle repair shops or their employees from offering anything of value to a customer in exchange for making an insurance claim for motor vehicle glass replacement or repair, including offers made through certain persons, etc.

Emergency Medical Air Transportation Services; Creating the "Emergency Medical Air Transportation Act"; directing the Department of Health to establish the Emergency Medical Air Transportation Act Account within the Emergency Medical Services Trust Fund; providing conditions for the department to increase Florida Medicaid reimbursement payments to emergency medical air transportation services providers; requiring an additional penalty to be imposed for certain moving violations, etc.
