Transportation Facility Designations/Harris Rosen Way and Geraldine Thompson Way; Providing honorary designations of certain transportation facilities in a specified county; directing the Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers, etc.
Education in Correctional Facilities for Professional Licensure; Requiring the Correctional Education Program to design and implement a plan, in coordination with the boards of professions regulated by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, or the department when there is no board, for inmates who take certain classes to receive credit towards licensure requirements, etc.
Pawnbroker Transaction Forms; Authorizing pawnbroker transaction forms to be in digital or printed formats; authorizing a pawnbroker to use either format; revising recordkeeping requirements, etc.
Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; Providing that certain positions in the department are exempt from the Career Service System; prohibiting a person from knowingly or willfully performing certain actions on lands classified as agricultural; requiring that certain lands acquired or owned by an electric utility by a certain date be offered for fee simple acquisition by the department before the land may be offered for sale or transfer to a private individual or entity; requiring local governmental entities to issue permits for electric vehicle charging stations based on specified standards and provisions of law; requiring, subject to appropriation of funds, the Cattle Enhancement Board, Inc., in coordination with the department, to establish a Florida beef marketing program, etc.
Brownfields; Deleting a provision requiring certain property owners to provide information regarding institutional controls to the local government for mapping purposes; revising the conditions under which an applicant who has rehabilitated a contaminated site may submit and claim certain tax credits; deleting the definition of the term “monetary compensation”; revising the date by which the Department of Environmental Protection must issue annual site rehabilitation tax credit certificate awards, etc.
Disability History and Awareness Instruction; Citing this act as the "Evin B. Hartsell Act"; requiring the Department of Education to develop specified curricula; authorizing the department to consult with the Evin B. Hartsell Foundation to further develop such curricula, etc.
Utility Service Restrictions; Including boards, agencies, commissions, and authorities of counties, municipal corporations, and other political subdivisions of the state with the entities preempted from taking certain actions that restrict, prohibit, or have the effect of restricting or prohibiting the types or fuel sources of energy produced, used, delivered, converted, or supplied by certain entities to serve customers; prohibiting the Florida Building Commission or the State Fire Marshal from adopting into the Florida Building Code or Florida Fire Prevention Code any provision that prohibits or requires the installation of multiple types or fuel sources of energy production which may be used for certain purposes; voiding existing specified documents and policies from governmental entities that are preempted by the act, etc.

Unmanned Aircraft or Unmanned Aircraft Systems; Revising the definition of the term “critical infrastructure facility”; increasing the criminal penalty for certain prohibited actions relating to drones; prohibiting certain actions relating to unmanned aircraft and unmanned aircraft systems; authorizing certain persons to use reasonable force to prohibit a drone from conducting surveillance under certain circumstances, etc.
Securities; Revising the circumstances under which securities transactions are exempt from registration requirements; revising the filing requirements for securities issuers under the Florida Invest Local Exemption law; revising the list of persons who must submit fingerprints for live-scan processing for registration applications; defining the term “restitution order”, etc.
