1920 Ocoee Election Day Riots; Directing the Commissioner of Education’s African American History Task Force to determine ways in which the 1920 Ocoee Election Day Riots may be included in required instruction on African-American history; requiring the task force to submit recommendations to the commissioner and the State Board of Education by a specified date; directing the Secretary of State to take certain action regarding the inclusion of the history of the 1920 Ocoee Election Day Riots in museum exhibits, etc.
Public Records and Public Meetings/Fraud, Identity Theft, Skimmer Advisory Task Force; Specifying that certain information held by a law enforcement agency which is obtained by the Fraud, Identity Theft, Skimmer Advisory Task Force and which is exempt or confidential and exempt from public records requirements retains its protected status; providing an exemption from public meetings requirements for portions of advisory task force meetings at which such exempt or confidential and exempt information is discussed; providing for future legislative review and repeal; providing statements of public necessity, etc.
