School Nutrition Program Requirements; Requires school districts, upon request of student or his or her parent or guardian, to provide certain alternative meals & snacks to students; provides cost requirements for such meals & snacks; authorizes such request to be made at beginning of each semester; & provides school district requirements.
End-of-life Options; Establishes procedure to allow adult who has mental capacity & who has terminal condition & who makes fully informed decision that he or she no longer wants to live, to obtain medication to end his or her life; provides requirements for health care providers, health care facilities & DOH.
Drug-enhancement Zones; Revises certain drug-enhancement zones.
Sickle Cell Program; Requires DOH to establish grant program for prevention, care, & treatment of sickle cell disease or sickle cell trait or sickle cell trait carriers & for educational programs & develop application criteria & standards of eligibility for such program; requires department to develop & maintain voluntary registry & to conduct specified study; provides rulemaking authority to department.
Review of Employment Contracts; Requires employers to provide current employee with copy of employee's employment contract upon request.

Sexual Battery on Mentally Incapacitated Persons; Prohibits sexual battery on person who is voluntarily or involuntarily mentally incapacitated.
Endangered and Threatened Species; directs FWCC to protect endangered or threatened species, regardless of status of their federal classification; revises criteria for placement of species on Regulated Plant Index by DACS; directs department, in consultation with Endangered Plant Advisory Council, to protect certain endangered or threatened species, reenacts laws relating to site-specific location information for endangered & threatened species & prohibitions relating to Florida panther.
Prohibited Discrimination Based on Hairstyle in the Education System; Defines "protected hairstyle"; prohibits discrimination based on protected hairstyle in Florida K-20 public education system; provides that term "race" includes protected hairstyles for purposes of United States Code within public & private education system.
Divine Nine Specialty License Plate; Revises eligibility requirements for Divine Nine license plate.
