Florida Retirement System; Authorizing certain retirees to be reemployed after terminating employment; prohibiting such retirees from receiving both a salary from the employer and retirement benefits for a specified period after his or her retirement; removing provisions authorizing the reemployment of certain law enforcement officers as school resource officers; revising employer contribution rates to the Florida Retirement System, etc.

Tuskegee Airmen Commemoration Day; Designates Tuskegee Airmen Commemoration Day, which occurs on fourth Thursday in March, as legal holiday.

Holocaust Remembrance Day; Requires Governor to proclaim specified day of each year as "Holocaust Remembrance Day"; requires such day to be observed in public schools & by public exercises as Governor may designate; requires educational instruction to be provided.

Theft from Nonprofit Organizations; Provides for reclassification of theft offenses of specified amounts from nonprofit organizations; requires restitution & community service for certain violations.

Pub. Rec./County and City Administrators and Managers; Provides exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying & location information of current county administrators, deputy county administrators, assistant county administrators, city managers, deputy city managers, & assistant city managers, including names & personal identifying & location information of spouses & children of current county administrators, deputy county administrators, assistant county administrators, city managers, deputy city managers, & assistant city managers; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides for retroactive application; provides statement of public necessity.

Required Life Skills Instruction; Revises required instruction in Life skills that build confidence, support mental & emotional health, & enable students to overcome challenges to include career readiness, financial literacy, & home economics.

Florida Academic Scholars Award; Requires students awarded Florida Academic Scholars award within Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program to receive additional funds in certain semesters for textbooks.

Storage of Firearms in Motor Vehicles or Vessels; Provides requirements for storage of firearms in motor vehicles or vessels.

Pub Rec./Sales of Ammunition; Provides exemption from public records requirements for records containing certain information pertaining to buyer or transferee who is not found to be prohibited from receipt or transfer of ammunition; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.

Title Fraud Prevention; Creates a pilot program in specified county; requires parties provide specified information to property appraiser; requires property appraiser to make certain notifications; requires participating property appraiser to make report.
