Reporting Animal Cruelty; Specifies that the failure of veterinarian to report suspected animal cruelty is grounds for disciplinary action; requires veterinarians, veterinary technicians, & other animal treatment provider employees to report cases of suspected animal cruelty to certain officials & authorizes such persons to report suspected cases of animal cruelty at certain commercial food-producing animal operations under certain circumstances; provides immunity from liability & employment protections for certain persons; provides criminal penalties for the alteration or the destruction of medical records for specified purposes.

Broward County; Creates independent special district to provide & fund senior services in Broward County; provides for governing body to be known as Senior Services Council of Broward County; provides for such council's membership, powers & duties, & budget procedures; authorizes levy of ad valorem taxes not to exceed specified amount; provides for additional district powers, duties, responsibilities, & obligations & for dissolution of district; provides for referendum & ballot question.

Vacation Rentals; Authorizes local governmental entities to adopt & apply certain regulations & ordinances to vacation rentals under certain circumstances; provides exceptions; requires applicant for vacation rental license to provide Division of Hotels & Restaurants of DBPR with certain information.

Preemption of Firearms and Ammunition; Repeals provisions preempting the field of regulation of firearms & ammunition to Legislature, to exclusion of local jurisdictions.

Broward Health - Integrated Medication Assisted Treatment Response (iMATR); Provides an appropriation for the Broward Health - Integrated Medication Assisted Treatment Response (iMATR). APPROPRIATION: $426,604

Pub. Rec./Sales of Ammunition; Provides exemption from public records requirements for records containing certain information pertaining to buyer or transferee who is not found to be prohibited from receipt or transfer of ammunition; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.
