Dissemination of Arrest Booking Photographs; Prohibits republication or redissemination of arrest booking photographs; authorizes civil action against person or entity republishing or redisseminating photograph if such person or entity was required to remove it from publication or electronic medium; provides that republishing or redisseminating arrest booking photograph constitutes an unfair or deceptive trade practice.
