Child Care Subsidies for Foster Parents; Provides early education or child care subsidy for certain foster parents.
Florida Farm to School Program; Requires vendors who sell agricultural commodities to county school districts to provide specified invoice receipts to county school nutrition programs; requires county school nutrition programs to submit data from receipts to DACS; requires DACS to submit annual reports to Legislature.

Indian Trail Improvement District, Palm Beach County; Revises boundaries of district; requires execution of interlocal agreements; authorizes district to study feasibility of elector-initiated conversion of district to municipality; provides procedure for such study; provides for referendum.
Special Election; Provides for special election to be held pursuant to State Constitution, for approval or rejection by electors of amendments to State Constitution increasing from 2 years to 3 years period of time during which accrued Save-Our-Homes benefits may be transferred from prior homestead to new homestead; provides for publication of notice.
Indian River Lagoon State Matching Grant Program; Provides that certain projects identified in Indian River Lagoon Comprehensive Conservation & Management Plan are eligible for state funding consideration; directs DEP to coordinate with water management districts to identify projects & grant recipients.
Public Deposits; Prohibits CFO from designating credit unions as qualified public depositories unless certain requirements are met; requires CFO to withdraw from specified collateral agreements; requires return of public deposits in credit unions under certain circumstances; authorizes CFO to limit amount of public deposits in credit unions; provides procedures for suspension or disqualification of credit unions; authorizes credit unions to be reinstated as qualified public depositories; requires credit unions that are designated as qualified public depositories to guarantee depositors against loss.
Limitations on Homestead Assessments; Revises timeframe during which accrued benefit from specified limitations on homestead property tax assessments may be transferred from prior homestead to new homestead; revises timeframe during which an owner of homestead property significantly damaged or destroyed by named tropical storm or hurricane must establish new homestead to make certain election.
