Home and Community-based Services Medicaid Waiver Program; Requires APD to develop & implement automated, electronic application process for specified services; provides requirements for application process; requires agency to provide application in printed form or portable document format under certain circumstances; requires agency to make eligibility determination in specified amount of time for certain persons; authorizes agency to request additional documentation under certain circumstances; provides requirements for such request; provides requirements for AHCA when client’s iBudget is established; requires agency within specified time period to ensure certain services that client has applied for have begun.
Food Delivery Platforms; Requires food delivery platforms to disclose information & provide notice to consumer; authorizes Division of Hotels & Restaurants of DBPR to issue to food delivery platform notice to cease & desist for specified violations; requires division to provide food delivery platform ability to cure any violation within specified timeframe before enforcing such notice or imposing civil penalty; authorizes division to enforce such notice through specified legal proceedings & to collect attorney fees & costs; authorizes division to impose civil penalty; authorizes division to receive & investigate complaints of specified violations; preempts regulation of food service platforms to state.
Progressive Supranuclear Palsy and Other Neurodegenerative Diseases Policy Workgroup; Requires State Surgeon General to establish progressive supranuclear palsy & other neurodegenerative diseases policy workgroup; provides for duties, membership, & meetings of workgroup; requiring State Surgeon General to submit annual reports & final report by specified date to Governor & Legislature.
Revive Awareness Day; Designates June 6 of each year as "Revive Awareness Day"; authorizes the Governor to issue an annual proclamation; encourages DOH to hold events to raise awareness of the dangers of opioid overdose and the availability and safe use of opioid antagonists as an effective way to rapidly reverse the effects of opioid overdose.
Rural Emergency Hospitals; Requires rural emergency hospitals to be subject to certain emergency services requirements for general hospitals; authorizes certain hospitals to apply to AHCA for designation as rural emergency hospitals; establishes requirements for rural emergency hospitals; exempts such hospitals from certain requirements; provides for administrative enforcement.

Hope Cards for Persons Issued Orders of Protection; Requires clerks of circuit court, in consultation with Office of Attorney General, to develop & implement Hope Card Program; requires clerks to implement program; authorizes persons to request Hope Card after specified date; specifies when & how person may request Hope Card; requires clerks' offices to create Hope Card & provide such card to petitioners within specified time frame; prohibits assessment of fee; provides requirements for Hope Card; provides criminal penalties for fraudulent use of Hope Card.
