Sentencing Calculations Under the Criminal Punishment Code; Provides sentencing judge's decision regarding sentencing is guided by computed recommended sentencing range, from lowest permissible sentence to highest recommended prison sentence; removes limitation on sentence appeals to cases in which sentence imposed is lower than lowest permissible sentence or sentence appeals under other specified circumstances; increases minimum number of sentence points for state prison sanction; revises calculation of lowest permissible sentence; requires calculation of highest recommended prison sentence; provides recommended range for sentencing.
